Georgia Tech is committed to affirmative implementation of equal opportunity in education and employment. Compliance programs are one method Georgia Tech uses to manage diversity. This method is a threshold to effective diversity management; however, the Institute moves far beyond compliance in its diversity efforts.
The Insitute monitors compliance in several ways, including working with individual campus units to communicate compliance goals as well as seeking diverse candidate pools in our recruiting efforts. Georgia Tech also has established various committees, such as the Title IX Committee, to raise campus awareness and access policies and practices regarding admissions and employment.
